Replacement Top Hardware for 87-95 YJ

Includes all the necessary components to completely replace/upgrade your factory original soft top hardware. Includes our exclusive OE quality tailgate bar providing an upgraded tailgate seal and easy installation. Adjustable Side Spreader Bars have been upgraded to ensure a long life. Combine with a fabric only XHD replacement top (see pages 24-25) for an inexpensive complete soft top.

Replacement Spreader Bars for 87-95 YJ

Upgrade or replace those worn original equipment YJ Spreader Bars. Deluxe Spreader Bars are upgrades from original and are sold individually. Ultimate Spreader Bars, packed in pairs, incorporate a twist soft top tightening feature that can tighten your soft top during warm weather.

Soft Top Windshield Retainer for 87-95 YJ

Replaces factory plastic retainers that are mounted vertically on the left and right side of the YJ windshield frame inside the vehicle. Available in pairs or individually.

Soft Top Disconnects

Upgrade your factory 1997-06 or 2007-10 Wrangler Soft Top Hardware with these quick release bow mounts. Allows for easy, no tool disconnect of your soft top bows from your Jeep. Installation is easy and quick, no drilling required.

Replacement Tailgate Bar with Tonneau Cover

Upgrade your rear tailgate bar with this high quality Tonneau/Tailgate Bar from Rugged Ridge. A special tailgate seal provides the ultimate attachment for your rear soft top window to the tailgate bar. As an added feature, a special channel has been added to attach the enclosed behind the seat tonneau cover to keep valuables out of sight.

Replacement Soft Top Upper Door Frames

Until now, these door frames have been very hard to find. Leave it to Rugged Ridge to solve yet another problem! Upper door steel frame for factory soft top Jeep models. Update your top by replacing those worn out doors! Simply slip on your replacement door skins (sold separately as a part of our XHD Soft Top Kits) and you have up-graded that old top. Each frame is designed to fit factory soft top applications only. Sold as a pair. Rugged Ridge skins not available for CJ7.
